REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. There will be no refunds. If there is a problem with your order, please email ‘contact@theshopshanta.com’ and your issue will be addressed accordingly.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed then 5-7 business days  after processing for your order to be shipped. This processing/shipping time does not apply to custom orders. Please visit the “Customs” page for more details. The Shop Shanta is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged once the product has been shipped.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you will be responsible for paying another shipping fee.
